Teething

Hope everyone is having a great year so far!! Ours has started out very very expensive but fun. I got my refund check from EOU on the 30th and promtly dropped $600 on text books!! Who pays that much for biology, psycology, history and writing books? your looking at her. Then we got a brand new TV, which since it was a HD tv, we had to therefore get blue ray movies to watch on it!! Oh well, we are very happy with it.
I also got a new laptop, which was a nessesity since 90% of my college is online. Personally my favorate part about the new laptop is that is has a cute design on it. Lame. i know.
So i do believe winter has finally came to stay. we have snow on the ground and it looks like it is about to dump more, and I love every moment of it!! Yes its cold, and yes its wet but as long as i dont have to drive i am in love with it!!
oh we almost have teeth in!! i can not believe how draining teething is. my poor baby has been crying most of the day, so i am just hoping and praying to see more then just the tip of the tooth soon. I dont know how much longer i can handle it. my poor baby drew... :( I think the worst part is that there is nothing i can do besides hold him and giving him his chilly bear to chew on, and did cave and give him some tylenol earlier today because he is just misrable, but it didnt seem like it helped much. We would all be happier if he would nap, but so far we have only had a 30 min nap this afternoon, where normally we have a 2+hour nap. Which doenst bode well for me reading the chapter i need to in my History of the Vikings class.... maybe I'll just read it out load to him.... i;ll have the only preschooler who knows viking history or human biology or agrumentative writing.
Drew did have a great time in Boise this weekend though. He got a "special" bed in both of the hotels we stayed at, he went to the mall for the first time, tried apple juice at a Red Robin (where mommy had an AMAZING chicken sandwhich and learned that there garlic fries are also bottomless. sweet) hung out with Hooter girls, got some awesome new clothes, a pair of nike shoes, and watched as mommy and daddy got their disk golf disks stuck in the middle of the frozen river.
